Please include photos of the warranty issue, along with a description of what we are looking at. If you don't hear back from us in a reasonable amount of time, please call 250-489-4568.
All items purchased from The Choice Shop are covered by the manufacturers warranty. For some items that might be 30 days, for other items it may be for the lifetime of the product. Please contact us, or visit the company's website if you have any questions.
We will do our best to help you out as much as possible through the warranty process. We have fantastic relationships with the companies that we deal with, and we can usually get quick results. Questionable warranties may take more time than obvious warranties. For example, a snowboard that breaks in half may need to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection before a credit or exchange can be processed. We will make sure to give you our best guesstimate on how long the process may take. It varies depending on the brand.
Items that are warrantied will either be fixed, replaced with the same or comparable item, or receive store credit. We do not issue refunds for warrantied items.
Defective items require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to be processed. The Choice Shop keeps track of our purchases, and will most likely will have your purchase information on file.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until we give you a return authorization number (RA). When shipping an item to the manufacturer, please make sure that the RA number is clearly printed on the outside of the box.
Please do not ship your item back to The Choice Shop unless requested.
You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar, so please be nice. We have also broken snowboards, and ripped jackets. We feel your pain.
Warranty covers manufacture defects. It does not cover damage due to impact or wear and tear. If you have any questions about whether or not your item is eligible for warranty, please contact us, email@example.com.
The Choice or the manufacturer will not cover shipping charges incurred by sending an item back to the manufacturer or to The Choice Shop. You will not have to pay the shipping to get the item back to you. You will only have to pay the shipping one way.
Shipping costs are non refundable even when the warranty is denied.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
