Returns
Items purchased from The Choice Shop must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days from the delivery date items can be exchanged for another item or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in their original packaging with all of the original tags and branding attached.
Gift Cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with a gift card may be returned for store credit.
There are certain situations where refunds will be refused:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts
- Items missing packaging or tags
- Items that come back with strong unpleasant odors
- Items not purchased from The Choice
- Bathing Suit Bottoms, One Piece Bathing Suits, and Underwear are Final Sale
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Depending on the situation, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment or a store credit. This may take up to 4 business days to appear on your credit card statement, but you will receive a return conformation email immediately. If you do not see a refund in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us.
Sale items
Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
All returned items must be properly packaged so that no harm is caused to the product during shipping. Snowboards should be shipped in snowboard specific boxes. Shoe boxes, snowboard binding boxes, snowboard boot boxes, and goggle boxes should be free of tape and markings.
Shipping and receiving times may vary depending on where you live, and the shipping service used.
If you choose to ship the item on your own, please add tracking. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
